Named for the first leader of the pack's surrogate father, this lake gives water and fresh game to the Varce Pack. This is a great play-place for pups, since most of the lake is shallow and calm. The northern shore, closest to the Mansion, is the easiest to approach the lake from, for the other banks are much steeper.

Here is the world where men once flourished among their family life. Now it is claimed by no group, but it is the goal of both the Rytran and Varce packs, and one of the main reasons for their arguments. Both groups desire these homes falling into disrepair for the plethora of stored food within their walls, not to mention the extra shelter for their growing packs. But for the moment, it is simply the home of strays.

This park once belonged to the humans and their children, a place where dogs were rarely allowed or accepted. If only the humans could see their beloved park now - overrun with strays, using the slides and toys for shelter from the cold and the rain.

Quite naturally unused for almost fifteen years since the disappearance of man, the railroad is old, rusted, and rotting in places. It leads away from the city, to who-knows-where; it is said by many that this railroad is haunted by the millions of humans who died on it when the driver of a train became submissive to the virus.

The overgrown courtyard behind the apartment complex of the Rytran pack acts as a primary meeting place for the dogs, in addition to being a safe playground for puppies and adults alike. Some prey can be caught here, for the out-of-order fountain fills with rainwater and attracts other wild animals, since there is little other water nearby.

Out in front of the apartment complex is the Main Street of this dilapidated city. Scattered throughout the road are the cars of humans, some of which still contain the rotted remains of their owners.
